Pay your Application Fees
The following fees are effective January 1, 2023.

| Official Verification Letter (stamped) | $20 |

- All fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Board.
- Application fees include administrative and examination fees.
How to pay your fees
Apply online and pay by filling out the payment section on your application form with a:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.
We do not accept cash or personal checks.
Certification fees for all approved applications and recertifications are nonrefundable.
