Grace is a Clinical Pharmacist & Pharmaceutical Consultant, having started her career in hospital Clinical Pharmacy practice. She transitioned from General Internal Medicine to Neurology and Nephrology, eventually becoming a transplant pharmacist at one of the Pacific Northwest’s major transplant centers. Her interest in geriatrics later informed her decision to specialize in senior care pharmacy, after which she served in various capacities in ambulatory care and continues to do so.
In her current clinical role, she is actively engaged in optimizing Disease, Clinical, and Medication Therapy Management outcomes by working directly with patients, physicians, and other medical providers, and other members of the care team to provide an array of medication consultation and assistance services tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. Her areas of interest and expertise include General Internal Medicine, Geriatric, and Psychiatric Pharmacy. She is focused on whole-person care and has recently discovered the limitless opportunities and potential in global health care.
In her pharmaceutical role, she provides consulting services and solutions to global health and other organizations interested in impacting and improving the medication-related health outcomes of regionally disadvantaged populations. She leads two U.S.-based companies that provide individual, regional, and global pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical solutions to individuals, provider groups, health plans, and other health organizations.
